As a property manager and property owner, I understand the challenges today's property owners are facing.
We developed the rental management department to meet the needs of our clients in the wake of the changes in Ohio real estate. The volume of inventory and challenges in financing are driving more and more property owners to rent their homes. But . . . it's not so simple. . . Ohio Laws and issues with Lead Paint, property disclosures, rental registration . . . I'm sure you know someone that has a nightmare story of being a landlord and . . ."boy . .. they will never do that again."
Unfortunately these stories are true and being a landlord is not always sunshine and roses. But, it's a great option to loosen the financial noose around your neck. It's a great option to tell your insurance agent that the house is not vacant and a tenant moved in. It's a great option to shift some of the responsibilities (. . .mowing the yard, paying the gas and electric bill. . .) off your shoulders.
Rental management also means you are not alone; I’m here to handle the day to day duties of a rental property.
